 Kandyan Dance in Sri Lanka 

Kandyan dance that begins from the hill region in Sri lanka . It's very beautiful part of my country and its very famous and very important place for all the peoples that belongs to our mother nation . The main reason for that is one of the our main cultural heritage that are in this region its Temple of the tooth relic .

Kings in this kingdom they organized Perahara mangalya and mainly kandyan dancers performing in this kind of occasions .

Kandyan dance ( Udarata natum ) encompasses various dance forms popular and native to the area called Kandy of the Central hills region known as Udarata in Sri Lanka, which have today spread to other parts of the country. It shows the Sinhala culture in Sri Lanka .
